Return Policy
At Weiweigoods, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below for details on how to request a refund and the conditions under which refunds are granted.
We have a 30 day return policy, excluding final sale items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will not be facilitated unless the item has arrived defective.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will not be responsible for the customer selecting incorrect product variations or sizes and therefore cannot facilitate refunds or returns for this reason. To prevent this issue, please ensure to utilize sizing charts available and carefully select the item you want when purchasing. See exchange policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged such as bouquets, intimate wear or small accessories, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final and non refundable.
Sale items: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchange Policy
Customers may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund for eligible returns. We will not be responsible for the customer selecting incorrect product variations and therefore cannot facilitate exchanges for this reason. Exchanges between products are not facilitated. Please ensure to carefully select the item when purchasing
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you on the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
